What You Will Do
- Design and implement innovative AI-driven solutions for media creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Develop algorithms that enable dynamic content generation and personalization.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Analyze user data to inform product development and feature enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and media applications.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles and their application in content creation.
- Experience in building scalable systems and working with large datasets.
Preferred
- Familiarity with media production workflows and content management systems.
- Experience in a startup environment, particularly in the AI or media sectors.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks relevant to AI development.
Compensation and Benefits
