Job Description

This isn't a traditional Account Management role. You're not inheriting a broken book and a pile of tickets.

You're joining a fast-moving startup at the moment it matters most, when the foundation of how Account Management works gets built. That foundation will be yours.

You'll own an existing book of high-intent customers, drive upsell and expansion, and build the systems, playbooks, and processes that scale the function from the ground up. What you build here will outlast you in the best possible way.

What you'll do

Own and grow a book of business from day one — driving upsell, expansion, and long-term customer value. Build deep relationships with customers and become their trusted partner. Increase product adoption and directly impact ARR. Design the playbooks, pricing strategies, and processes that define how Account Management scales. Work cross-functionally with product and sales to close the loop between customer feedback and company direction.

Who you are

You've come up in a high-velocity environment — think Ramp, Brex, or similar. You live in expansion. You move fast and you make things happen. You're not waiting for a playbook. You want to write it. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a customer conversation. You see ambiguity as an opportunity, not an obstacle.
