At Factorial we're looking for a new Founding Account Executive for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our AI Education team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of Closing Deals, you'll be in charge of End-to-End Deal Closing Execution, C-Suite Advisory & Solution Selling, and Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management.

Factorial Campus is our new education product for companies, starting with practical courses that help teams adopt AI in their daily work. If you love the thrill of building real relationships and want to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of AI Education, this is your place.

The role + What you’ll do 🚀

At the beginning, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from creating opportunities to closing customers. As the team grows, you’ll work alongside SDRs—but you’ll always be comfortable generating your own pipeline.

You will:

• Win our first customers: Prospect, discover, demo, negotiate and close.
• Build the sales motion: Test our ICP, messaging, qualification criteria and sales process through real conversations.
• Create pipeline: Use inbound, outbound, partnerships and whichever creative channels actually work.
• Sell through value: Help companies understand how AI education can create real business impact.
• Shape the offer: Turn customer feedback into actionable insights for the Campus, Marketing and Product teams.
• Use AI as a teammate: Delegate research, preparation, follow-ups, reporting and other meaningful work to AI.

What are we looking for? 🎯

Don’t be discouraged if you don’t check every box:

• A strong B2B seller: You’ve owned and closed sales opportunities, ideally in SaaS, technology or another consultative environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re energized by ambiguity, default to action and create structure where little exists.
• Full-cycle attitude: You’re happy to generate pipeline as well as close it—especially while we build the initial motion.
• AI-first way of working: You already delegate meaningful parts of your work to it and continuously experiment with new ways to improve your performance.
• Excellent communication: You can turn a new and complex topic into a clear, compelling business case.
• Native Spanish and professional English.
• Selling Education experience is a plus: Experience selling corporate training, education or upskilling solutions would be highly valued.

Bonus if you have ✨

• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience in Sales or B2B within a SaaS or digital transformation environment.
• Knowledge of qualification methodologies that nurture curiosity, urgency and intent.
