What You Will Do
- Drive sales initiatives by engaging with global accounts to promote and sell innovative financial solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Utilize your expertise in Web3 and REST API to articulate the value of the company's offerings to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.
- Report on sales metrics and performance to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3-6 years of experience in a sales role within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and REST APIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
- Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a founding or early-stage role.
- Familiarity with stablecoin technology and its applications in financial services.
- A network of contacts within the fintech industry to leverage for business development.
