What You Will Do
- Drive sales initiatives and build strong relationships with enterprise clients in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
- Identify and engage potential customers to present cutting-edge AI and hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with the product team to tailor offerings that meet client needs effectively.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to enhance product features based on client interactions and market trends.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the AI, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex sales deals and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB to support sales operations and customer relationship management.
Preferred
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and AI technologies as they relate to heavy machinery and logistics.
- Previous experience in a startup or venture-backed environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Established network within the manufacturing and logistics industries to leverage for business development.
Compensation and Benefits
