What You Will Do

  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful implementation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to enhance the offering.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare, AI, or enterprise software sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $150K, complemented by equity options between 0.2% and 1%. This opportunity offers a chance to be part of a pioneering team making a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
