What You Will Do
- Utilize natural language processing to query and analyze complex financial data, generating actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic operational initiatives.
- Design and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and drive performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth market research to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key objectives.
- Support the founders in day-to-day operations, contributing to the overall strategy and execution of business plans.

- 2–6 years of experience in operations, business strategy, or a related field.

- Experience in a startup environment, particularly within the fintech or software development sectors.

Compensation and Benefits
