Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Founders Associate (w/m/d) mit kommerziellem Fokus arbeitest du eng mit unseren Gründer:innen und dem CRO zusammen. Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in strategische Themen rund um Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations und Customer Success – und kannst aktiv an kommerziellen Projekten mitarbeiten, die unser Wachstum vorantreiben.
Das erwartet dich bei uns:
Strategische Einblicke: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Leadership-Team zusammen und unterstützt bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Wachstumsinitiativen.
Projektarbeit: Du begleitest Projekte rund um Sales-Prozesse, interne Effizienz und Kundenerfolg – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Teams im Unternehmen zusammen und hilfst dabei, Ideen und Prozesse zu verbinden.
Markt- & Datenanalyse: Du unterstützt bei der Auswertung von Kundendaten und Marktentwicklungen, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen vorzubereiten.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Du hilfst bei der Optimierung bestehender Strukturen und bringst eigene Ideen für neue Prozesse oder Tools ein.
Du befindest dich im fortgeschrittenen Studium (z. B. BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ähnliches) und hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung gesammelt – z. B. durch ein Praktikum im Start-up, in der Unternehmensberatung oder im kommerziellen Bereich (z. B. Sales, Strategy, Operations).
Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Lust, Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung mitzugestalten.
Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gerne mit anderen Teams zusammen und bringst Eigeninitiative mit.
Du hast große Lust, in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Umfeld dazuzulernen und dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch – idealerweise auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
