Job Description

Inc42 Media is looking for a person in our Founder's Office team who will own end-to-end — turning founder intent into shipped work, fast. This isn’t a “build a function from scratch” hire. It’s a “ship across the function” hire.

Why this role exists-

We’re in the middle of three product moves that need a single owner:

• Bringing Inc42’s content and data into one unified product experience.

• Building our first mobile app — 0-to-1.

• Rolling out AI across the company — turning AI from “interesting” to embedded in how Inc42 actually works every day.

What you'll own-

• The unified Inc42 product roadmap — feature launches, user funnel, content discovery, cross-product experiences

• The Inc42 mobile app — 0-to-1, working with engineering on architecture, UX, retention

• Internal AI tooling — editorial AI co-pilots, sales and ops automation, workflow tools that change how the team works

• Event website operations across our flagship summits and retreats

• Customer-facing AI surfaces in the unified product
  
  

Who you are-

• 3–5 years building product or working close to it — APM/PM at a startup, founders office at a Series-B/C company, ex-consultant who actually shipped things, or you’ve founded something

• AI-fluent in practice, not theory. You use AI tools daily, you’ve shipped or seriously experimented with AI features, and you can think in prompts, agents, and workflows

• Sharp on specs and decisions. You don’t need to code, but you can pull together a tight PRD and work directly with engineers

• Operator mindset. You’d rather ship than perfect, and you don’t wait for permission

• Comfort with ambiguity and good taste in product, content, and design — you’ll be making calls that touch millions of monthly visitors

We’re open on background. Media, B2B SaaS, fintech, consumer, dev tools — what matters is the operator chops, the AI fluency, and the taste.
