We are seeking a talented Founder’s Office/Program Manager to join our energetic team in Gurgaon, where your expertise can create a significant impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing programs from the ground up, identifying gaps, driving execution, persistently following through, and resolving issues across teams. This role demands a strong sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with leadership on operational priorities, process enhancements, special projects, and critical business initiatives spanning multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CEO on critical business and operational projects

• Lead execution across cross-functional initiatives, ensuring thorough follow-through and completion of action items

• Detect operational obstacles, proactively resolve issues, and enhance business processes

• Engage with multiple stakeholders to guarantee timely execution, accountability, and alignment

• Independently oversee projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

• Develop scalable processes and boost execution efficiency across teams

• Thrive in ambiguous, high-growth, and fast-paced settings

• Utilize AI tools and technology daily to increase productivity and accelerate execution speed
