Job Description

We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we’re all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?

We’re looking for a Product Integration Lead for Foundational Platforms to lead the strategy, delivery, and integration of enterprise network and security platforms within the Enterprise Platform Engineering & Operations (EPEO) organization.

This role combines network services engineering, cybersecurity integration, and product portfolio management—with end-to-end accountability for delivering secure, scalable, and integrated network capabilities across the enterprise. You will drive platform transformation by aligning technical execution with business outcomes, while ensuring network and identity services are embedded into a modern, Zero Trust architecture.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams and partner across EPEO, cybersecurity, and platform engineering to deliver high-impact initiatives across networking, security, and infrastructure domains.

What You’ll Do

Strategy, Portfolio Ownership & Delivery

  • Own the Foundational Platforms product portfolio, defining strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs aligned with EPEO and enterprise transformation goals.
  • Lead delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across networking and security platforms.
  • Manage value streams, ensuring accountability across planning, PI execution, and value realization.
  • Prioritize investments based on risk, business impact, and platform strategy.
  • Drive outcome-based delivery, ensuring measurable improvements in performance, scalability, and security.

Foundational Platform Engineering & Integration

  • Lead design and delivery of enterprise network services including connectivity, segmentation, secure access, and hybrid/cloud networking.
  • Drive integration of networking with security and identity services (e.g., Zero Trust Network Access, IAM integration, secure service-to-service communication).
  • Partner with platform teams to modernize network infrastructure supporting cloud, containerized, and API-driven environments.
  • Ensure network services are secure-by-design, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Product & Platform Execution

  • Own and manage network services product roadmaps, aligning with platform engineering and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, demand planning, and roadmap execution across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate dependencies across networking, security, and platform domains using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Drive improvements in delivery flow, automation, and operational efficiency.

Portfolio & Program Management

  • Manage a portfolio of network objectives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timelines, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Track performance using delivery, quality, and risk metrics.
  • Identify and remove cross-team blockers, ensuring seamless execution.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partner with EPEO leadership, platform teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to deliver scalable network solutions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related OR a combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, or platform engineering.
  • 3+ years leading technical teams or managing large-scale product portfolios.
  • Strong experience with enterprise networking (on-prem, cloud, hybrid models).
  • Experience integrating network services with security and identity platforms.
  • Deep understanding of modern architectures (Zero Trust, cloud networking, micro-segmentation).
  • Strong Agile delivery experience (Jira, Rally) across complex, multi-team environments.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or platform transformation initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio/program management experience across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
