Job Description

Salary ranges from $62,500.00 to $66,500.00 per year based on education and experience.

The Springbrook Foundation supports Springbrook Partners and its affiliates by inspiring philanthropy and stewarding charitable investments that strengthen programs, expand opportunities, and enhance the lives of the more than 1,400 individuals and families Springbrook serves.

The Foundation Operations Manager plays an integral role in supporting the Foundation's fundraising and stewardship efforts by ensuring the efficient management of operational systems, donor data, gift processing, reporting, and administrative functions that enable the Foundation to achieve its mission.
Springbrook's Foundation team maintains a hybrid schedule, working both in the office and remotely. The successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively in both environments and reside within Springbrook's 14-county service region.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Foundation Operations
• Manage operational support for fundraising campaigns and events, including registrations, sponsorships, guest management, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as the Foundation's CRM subject matter expert, providing training, technical support, and user guidance to the Foundation team.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Development teams to improve processes, reporting, and data quality.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to Foundation operations and advancement services.
Database Administration, Reporting & Compliance
• Administer the Foundation CRM, ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, and integrations.
• Process all charitable contributions, including gifts, pledges, recurring, matching, and stock gifts, while generating acknowledgements, tax receipts, pledge reminders, and related donor correspondence.
• Maintain accurate constituent records through coding standards, household management, data audits, and routine database maintenance.
• Produce reports, dashboards, mailing lists, donor segmentation, and analytics to support fundraising, stewardship, finance, leadership, and board reporting.
• Reconcile gifts and pledges with Finance and support month-end, year-end, audit, tax reporting, and documentation of restricted funds.
• Ensure compliance with charitable solicitation requirements, IRS regulations, data privacy standards, gift acceptance policies, and Foundation procedures.
• Support special projects and Foundation initiatives as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, information systems, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of experience in advancement services, development operations, database administration, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
• Experience with donor CRM platforms such as Virtuous, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
• Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
