Position Summary

The Foundation & Development Coordiantor supports the Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer in the daily operation of the Foundation and helps plan and carry out its development program. A primary responsibility of this position is managing the grant process, including researching funding opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals, tracking deadlines and awards, coordinating required reports, and maintaining grant records. The Coordinator also supports major gifts, annual giving, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, and other fundraising activities.

Job Relationships:

• Reports to Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer
• Collaborates with RAMC employees and leaders
• Collaborates with RAMC Foundation Board of Directors
• Collaborates with Manager of Resale Beyond the Expected Store
• Collaborates and assists RAMC Accounting Department

Education & Training Required:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in grant writing highly preferred.
