We are seeking a compassionate and organized Program Director who is passionate about supporting children and families through trauma informed, strengths based, and family centered practices. This role is ideal for a leader who values collaboration, accountability, mentorship, and operational excellence while supporting foster care programs that serve youth navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and family challenges.
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, coordinating placement and intake processes, supervising case management and administrative staff, supporting compliance and quality assurance efforts, and collaborating with foster families, referral sources, and treatment teams to ensure effective service delivery.
The ideal candidate is solutions focused, detail oriented, and committed to fostering a respectful and supportive environment while helping teams provide impactful services that promote safety, stability, permanency, and long term wellbeing for youth and families.
