  • Coordinate services, treatment planning, and resources to support each child’s unique needs
  • Facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings and actively contribute to admission, treatment, and discharge planning

Support & Empower Foster Families

  • Conduct regular in-home visits to assess strengths, address needs, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
  • Help families navigate behavioral challenges using proven models like the Teaching Family Model

Be a Consistent Advocate

  • Respond to urgent needs and provide crisis/on-call support when it matters most

Ensure Quality & Compliance

  • Keep accurate, timely documentation and case records using clinical management systems
  • Monitor foster home compliance with licensing standards and conduct ongoing reviews
  • Review medical administration records to ensure the safety and well-being of children

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You’re passionate about helping children and families succeed
  • You build strong relationships and communicate with empathy and professionalism
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children, families, or in a related human services role
  • Qualified Professional (QP) designation (required)
  • Ability to respond to urgent situations and participate in on-call rotation

Why Join Children’s Hope Alliance?

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization making a real impact
  • Collaborate with a supportive, purpose-driven team
