We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Case Manager who places trauma informed care at the center of their practice and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families involved in the foster care system. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the profound impact of trauma, loss, and disrupted attachment, and is passionate about supporting youth in environments that promote safety, trust, healing, and resilience.
The Foster Care Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting children, foster families, and biological families as they navigate complex emotional and behavioral needs. Through consistent engagement, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing support, this role ensures care is strengths based, culturally responsive, and centered on each child’s unique experiences and voice.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with foster parents, families, and community partners to coordinate services, support reunification efforts, and advocate for each child’s overall wellbeing. You will also help guide foster families in creating stable, nurturing environments where children can heal and grow.
