
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Senior Social Service Assistant will be responsible for the Program Manager of the locality in which they are employed. The position's primary focus is to provide trauma-informed case management to clients in our facilities. They will be expected to work within the policies and procedures and work toward maintaining good service standards and professional practices. This position provides case management to a caseload of internal/community clients, has on-call responsibilities, transports clients for case management needs, and meets community clients in safe public places to provide case management to people experiencing homelessness.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with Case Management experience. A bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in social work and/or a related field is preferred. CPR/First Aid Certification is also preferred.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Experience working in crisis intervention and case management preferred.
