The AI Solution Partner is a hands-on technical builder who works directly with business teams to solve high-value workflow, automation, data, and AI problems in real operating environments.
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Cvent to understand how work gets done, identify opportunities to improve it, and deliver practical solutions that connect systems, data, and AI capabilities into usable workflows. Solutions may be built through a mix of low-code, no-code, and code-based approaches, depending on the use case. Over time, this role may also support select customer-facing deployments.
This is a delivery-focused role. You will translate business needs into working solutions, build integrations and AI-enabled workflows, and help drive outcomes from prototype through rollout and iteration. Success is measured by adoption, time-to-value, reliability, and business impact.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $150,000 - $200,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, details of which can be found here.
