What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deploy software systems focused on object tracking, sensor fusion, computer vision, and navigation in live customer environments.
• Embed with customers and operational teams to understand their technical and mission requirements, building solutions that address real-world challenges.
• Develop and integrate algorithms for multi-source data fusion, enhancing situational awareness from various sensor inputs.
• Build and iterate on vision-based detection and recognition systems, applying advanced computer vision techniques to real-world data challenges.
• Contribute to navigation systems, including work with GPS and inertial systems in contested or degraded environments.
• Translate complex technical requirements from the field into robust, production-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into core platform development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in building and shipping production systems.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following: multi-object tracking, sensor/data fusion, computer vision, or navigation systems.
• Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders while maintaining engineering rigor.
• Experience operating in dynamic, forward-deployed environments where requirements can shift rapidly.
• Proficient in handling large, heterogeneous data sets and building pipelines for processing, analyzing, or visualizing them.

Preferred

• Familiarity with advanced algorithms and techniques in tracking, fusion, or navigation.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical deployments or integrations.
