What You Will Do

• Collaborate directly with telecom clients to identify operational challenges and architect tailored software solutions.
• Write, deploy, and refine production-quality code within fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Integrate large and disparate data sources from telecom infrastructure into unified analytical workflows.
• Develop custom data pipelines, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer needs and influence platform development.
• Navigate complex problem spaces and deliver effective software solutions under real operational constraints.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments and foster strong relationships with technical teams.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production code.
• Strong foundational programming skills, particularly in Python, with the ability to adapt across the stack.
• Experience working with large or complex data sets, including ingestion, transformation, and analysis.
• Comfortable in customer-facing environments, clearly communicating technical concepts to non-engineers.
• A proactive mindset with a bias toward action, identifying needs and building effective solutions.

Preferred

• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry, with an understanding of network infrastructure or telecom data models.
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL pipelines, or enterprise analytics tooling.
• Experience in high-complexity industries such as government or defense.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $135K to $200K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional growth and well-being.
