What You Will Do
- Embed directly with manufacturing and supply chain customers to analyze workflows and identify operational challenges.
- Design, build, and deploy customized software solutions to address critical issues in production, logistics, and inventory management.
- Integrate various data sources, including ERP systems and IoT sensors, into cohesive analytical frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate field insights into scalable product enhancements.
- Serve as a technical advisor to customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of technical solutions.
- Prototype and iterate on software solutions in response to customer feedback and evolving needs.
- Document deployment patterns and technical approaches to contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven ability to deliver production-quality software.
- Strong foundation in software development, data modeling, or systems integration.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments where requirements frequently change.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a commitment to understanding customer operations before proposing solutions.
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements as needed.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics domains.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, APIs, and cloud systems.
Compensation and Benefits
