What You Will Do

• Collaborate directly with commercial clients to identify their data challenges and design tailored solutions using the company's core software platforms.
• Write, own, and deploy production-quality code within customer environments, ensuring robust and maintainable software solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on integrations, data pipelines, and analytical workflows that meet specific client needs.
• Transform ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and scalable implementations.
• Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to provide insights that inform platform enhancements.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner for clients, guiding them on best practices and facilitating long-term software adoption.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience with a strong ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
• Proven problem-solving skills, capable of navigating ambiguity and providing practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets and familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, or analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, driving projects forward independently in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or embedded technical role.
• Exposure to data-intensive commercial sectors such as financial services, healthcare, or energy.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment, security considerations, and real-world application of software systems.

Compensation and Benefits
