What You Will Do
- Engage directly with utility sector clients to understand their workflows, data environments, and operational challenges.
- Design, build, and deploy tailored software solutions leveraging the company's core platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into scalable technical implementations.
- Integrate various data sources and develop pipelines to make complex utility data accessible and actionable.
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and analytical tools that enable client teams to make informed decisions quickly.
- Iterate on deployed solutions based on user feedback and evolving client requirements.
- Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for stakeholders in the utility sector.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, gained through full-time roles, internships, or substantial project work.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code and deliver functional software in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort in working directly with end users and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity confidently.
- Willingness to travel and engage deeply with clients as part of a hybrid work model.
Preferred
- Exposure to data engineering concepts such as ETL pipelines, data modeling, or large-scale data integration.
- Experience with data visualization tools or building analytical dashboards.
- Familiarity with operational or technical challenges specific to utilities or energy sectors.
