Forward Deployed Product Lead

The company has experienced explosive growth, scaling revenue 40x last year while deploying AI systems that directly impact patient outcomes.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling Series B health-tech company backed by Sequoia and Khosla Ventures, where you will personally design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows directly into live healthcare environments.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end deployment success across enterprise health system customers
- Lead customer-facing discovery, implementation, workflow design, deployment, and optimization
- Personally build and configure production AI agent workflows inside the platform
- Design, test, and refine prompt engineering workflows using modern LLM tools
- Translate complex clinical and operational workflows into structured AI systems
- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows for healthcare operations and patient engagement
- Conduct customer discovery sessions across clinicians, operators, and executive stakeholders
- Serve as the primary engagement lead for customer accounts and deployments
- Drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, training, and rollout execution
- Build customized product demos and deployment prototypes for prospective customers
- Map operational workflows across healthcare systems and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, implementations, and GTM teams
- Identify product gaps and communicate customer-driven product feedback
- Own customer outcomes and deployment accountability from pre-sales through post-launch optimization
- Operate in highly ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments with high ownership expectations
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–12 years of experience in customer-facing product, implementation, deployment, consulting, or solutions roles
- Strong healthcare or health-tech experience
- Experience owning enterprise customer engagements end-to-end
- Experience deploying products or workflows from 0-to-1
- Strong product intuition and operational thinking
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers
- Strong AI tooling and prompt engineering curiosity
- Comfortable building workflows directly instead of delegating to engineering teams
- Strong communication and executive presence
- High ownership mentality and startup intensity tolerance
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating autonomously
- Willingness to travel to customer sites periodically
- Comfortable working startup hours in high-growth environments
Strong Signals
- Experience at high-growth healthcare or AI startups
- MBB, Palantir, or forward-deployed consulting/product backgrounds
- Experience with healthcare workflow design or clinical operations
- Experience deploying AI systems into enterprise environments
- Strong prompt engineering and LLM workflow experience
- Built internal automations using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or Copilot
- Experience with healthcare systems, EHR/EMR workflows, FHIR, or HL7
- Product deployment or implementation ownership experience

- Founder associate, forward deployed engineer, or solutions architect backgrounds
- Physician or clinical backgrounds transitioning into product/AI

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $185,000 – $250,000
