Title: Forward Deployed Engineer – Fixed Income / Trading (GenAI)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite — Local to NY/NJ)

Project Description

Embedded, client-facing role working directly with Fixed Income business, technology, quant, and control teams to translate workflows into production-grade GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with Fixed Income teams to identify high-value AI use cases
• Design and build GenAI applications using Python, OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK, and agentic frameworks
• Build retrieval pipelines (RAG) across structured/unstructured data
• Design evaluation frameworks to test AI output accuracy and compliance alignment
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Strong Python and software engineering skills
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK or comparable agentic frameworks
• Strong prompt engineering skills
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
