What You Will Do
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and deploy production systems and APIs using Python and AWS.
- Own the deployment process from scoping and implementation to go-live, ensuring seamless integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and go-to-market, to drive project success.
- Utilize AI systems and tools to enhance development processes and deliver impactful solutions.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–5 years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or in a similar role with strong Python coding skills.
- Proven experience in building production systems and APIs, with hands-on deployment experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Experience with AI systems, including LLMs or agent workflows, in real-world applications.
Preferred
- Background in early-stage or VC-backed startups, showcasing adaptability and a high ownership mindset.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $230K, complemented by competitive equity options. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
