MiniMax正在把大模型能力推向各行业最前线。你是那座桥——左手是模型能力，右手是客户真实需求，把AI从demo变成跑在生产环境里的东西。 你做什么 1. 嵌入战略客户团队，在客户系统内直接构建基于MiniMax大模型的生产级应用交付技术产物：MCP服务器、子Agent、Agent Skills，直接用在客户的业务流程里 2. 为企业环境提供白手套级部署支持，确保MiniMax产品稳定落地 3. 识别并沉淀可复用的部署模式，把一线经验反哺给产品和工程团队 4. 保持对LLM能力边界的敏锐度，持续跟踪最新实现模式和AI开发技术栈 5. 与客户建立长期信任关系，主动发现新的AI落地机会
职位要求
我们期待你 1. 3年以上技术类客户对接经验（Forward Deployed Engineer、软件工程师+咨询背景均可） 2. 有LLM生产经验：高级Prompt工程、Agent开发、评估框架、大规模部署 3. 能独立运作，在复杂组织结构和模糊情境中快速找到路 4. 跨团队协作能力强，能在多方利益中平衡优先级 5. 对推进安全、有益的AI系统有真实热情 6. 强沟通能力，能向不同背景的干系人清晰传递技术概念 7. 有金融、教育等垂直行业经验是加分项 加分项 1. 有FDE或专业服务经验 2. 有企业IT系统或AI部署经验 3. 有从0到1搭建过AI Agent的经历
