We're representing a rapidly growing infrastructure company building the compute layer for AI agents. Its platform provides secure, isolated, instantly available sandboxes where AI agents can execute code, interact with computers, and run training and developer workloads.
Following its Series A, the company has already grown 10x and supports agent workloads, reinforcement learning, and development environments for some of the world's largest AI companies. As adoption grows, the team is expanding its customer-facing engineering organization to help developers and enterprises successfully integrate, operate, and scale on the platform.
This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role for someone who enjoys moving between customer conversations, debugging production systems, and writing code.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a primary technical partner for enterprise customers in your region, supporting them from initial onboarding through production deployment and expansion.
- Work directly with developers and engineering organizations to understand their architecture, workflows, and integration requirements.
- Reproduce, investigate, and triage customer-reported issues across APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, and sandbox infrastructure.
- Build minimal reproduction cases and dig into production behavior to isolate root causes.
- Partner directly with core engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive fixes into production.
- Support integrations involving CI/CD pipelines, agentic workflows, AI coding environments, and developer infrastructure.
- Help customers design reliable implementations using the company's APIs and developer tooling.
- Translate complex infrastructure behavior into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discovery and scoping conversations with prospective enterprise customers alongside the go-to-market team.
- Identify recurring customer issues, integration friction, and feature gaps and translate those insights into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Help improve documentation, debugging workflows, support tooling, and technical resources as the customer base scales.
- Manage multiple enterprise customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining clear prioritization and follow-through.
