Founded by experienced fintech and insurtech operators who previously built one of Europe’s fastest-growing insurance companies and a licensed banking platform processing over €1 billion annually, the team is now focused on applying AI to one of the largest industries in the world. As an early employee, you'll have the opportunity to help shape both the product and customer experience while working directly with leading insurance organizations.

What You Will Do

• Partner directly with insurance customers to understand claims workflows, operational processes, and system requirements.
• Build integrations between customer platforms and the company’s AI-powered claims infrastructure.
• Configure, customize, and deploy AI-driven workflows tailored to specific customer environments and business needs.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines that support production deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data quality, workflow behavior, integrations, and system performance.
• Translate customer feedback and operational requirements into actionable product and engineering improvements.
• Support customer pilots from implementation through production rollout and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and usability.
• Act as a technical advisor during customer engagements and help drive successful deployments.
• Surface recurring customer challenges and contribute to the evolution of the core platform.

Ideal Background

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with experience working with APIs, integrations, and data processing systems.
• Experience shipping customer-facing solutions in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
• Comfortable balancing engineering work with customer interaction and stakeholder communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work through ambiguous operational challenges.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, or Customer Success teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to take projects from discovery through deployment.

Preferred

• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Product Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Startup experience, particularly at Seed or Series A companies.
• Experience working with AI-powered products, workflow automation systems, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with insurance, fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience building integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
• Strong Python, TypeScript, or backend development experience.
• Experience supporting customer implementations or production deployments.
• Interest in AI, automation, and transforming operational workflows through technology.
