Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Downtown Manhattan, New York (On-site, 5 days/week)
Company Stage of Funding: Series A ($25M+ raised)
Office Type: On-site
Salary: $170,000 – $250,000 Base + 0.5%–1% Equity (Total comp up to $350K)
Visa: Open to visa transfers

What You Will Do

• Own 4–5 strategic enterprise customer accounts end-to-end
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and expansion
• Lead weekly customer check-ins and technical issue resolution
• Diagnose and remediate high-priority production issues during active deployments
• Build lightweight custom solutions and integrations for customer workflows
• Write production-quality code in TypeScript and Python
• Translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights
• Partner directly with product and engineering teams
• Surface recurring customer patterns and advocate for platform improvements
• Resolve technical support issues with high urgency
• Bridge customer needs with internal engineering execution
• Help shape deployment playbooks as the company scales
• Operate as both technical builder and customer-facing problem solver

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong production coding experience
• Experience shipping real-world software systems

• Computer Science degree required

Compensation and Benefits
