You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between engineering and customer success, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique technical challenges.

What You Will Do

• Embed directly with customers to assess their technical requirements and deliver customized engineering solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations and custom implementations utilizing Python and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain integrations via REST APIs, ensuring reliable and scalable connectivity between systems.
• Manage codebases and collaborate with internal engineers using Git for version control.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and communicate product insights to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments effectively.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript in a professional or project-based environment.
• Strong understanding of REST API design, integration patterns, and debugging techniques.
• Proficiency with Git for collaborative development and version control.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• 0–10 years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.

Preferred

• Experience leading projects from discovery through to launch and iteration in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or related technical implementations that enhance customer solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This is an onsite role based in San Francisco, CA, providing a collaborative work environment.
