What You Will Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and support solutions that integrate seamlessly with client systems.
- Utilize Python, Java, and TypeScript to develop and optimize backend services and APIs.
- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to enhance application scalability and reliability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring robust performance and security.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring successful adoption of the company's products.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of engineering practices and workflows.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and TypeScript with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience in AI or enterprise software development.
- Knowledge of API design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or technical support.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $150K to $220K, complemented by equity opportunities valued between $160K and $400K over four years. This role offers a chance to work in an innovative environment with significant growth potential.
