Forward Deployed Engineer

Their platform creates and manages a workforce of AI workers, enabling businesses to design fully custom workflows and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. In this early-stage, high-impact environment, engineers have the opportunity to shape product direction alongside customers from day one.

What You Will Do

• Embed with enterprise customers to design and implement custom AI workflows tailored to their specific business processes.
• Own end-to-end technical deployments, from initial scoping and integration planning through to go-live and iteration.
• Build and configure integrations between the platform and customer systems including CRMs, ERPs, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Identify automation opportunities within customer environments and translate them into production-ready solutions.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer internally, providing real-world insights back to the core product and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, debug integration failures, and iterate rapidly to resolve blockers.
• Document deployment patterns, integration playbooks, and technical configurations to scale learnings across future engagements.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2 to 6 years of experience in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and familiarity with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Demonstrated experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to connect disparate systems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.

Preferred

• Background in Computer Science, Math, or a similar technical discipline.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, logistics tech, or AI infrastructure.
• Exposure to startup or high-autonomy environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $180K, with competitive equity and benefits. The company is committed to rewarding engineers who drive direct business impact.
