We're representing an early-stage technology company that is building AI-powered knowledge systems tailored for industrial and manufacturing environments. Their platform ingests operational data and documentation to create customized internal knowledge ecosystems, enhancing safety and operational efficiency for frontline workers and decision-makers.

What You Will Do

• Lead on-site deployments of the AI-powered knowledge platform at customer facilities, including factories and control rooms.
• Integrate the platform with clients' existing systems, data sources, and operational procedures.
• Configure and customize the knowledge ecosystem to align with each customer's workflows and safety standards.
• Collaborate with frontline workers and operations leadership to translate use cases into actionable platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in complex industrial settings and drive rapid resolution.
• Optimize the orchestration platform based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
• Partner with internal teams to relay field insights and influence product development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end technical implementations in complex environments.
• Experience integrating software platforms with existing enterprise or operational systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or safety-critical environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and their application in real-world industries.

Compensation and Benefits
