What You Will Do
- Deploy and integrate the core platform directly at client sites, ensuring high-quality technical implementations.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating complex requirements into elegant engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay field insights and continuously improve the product.
- Write, debug, and maintain high-quality code across relevant parts of the stack to support client needs and integrations.
- Work with storage systems, data processing pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to configure and optimize deployments in the field.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to client sites to deliver hands-on technical support and implementation.
- Maintain a high bar for quality in both written documentation and verbal communication with clients and teammates.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role, ideally with exposure to client-facing or deployment-focused work.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with additional skills in C++, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS), data systems (Postgres), and DevOps tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working iteratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A startup mindset, energized by ambiguity and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Preferred
- Experience integrating with third-party CRMs or data systems.
- Background in conversational AI, CRM integration, or customer data systems.
- Proven work ethic in high-growth startup environments, demonstrating resilience and ownership mentality.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $260K. This company is also open to sponsoring work visas for qualified candidates.
