What You Will Do

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise software solutions effectively.
• Code, test, and iterate on software products, ensuring alignment with user feedback and requirements.
• Utilize modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ to develop robust applications.
• Actively participate in customer-facing interactions, presenting technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of AI technologies, leveraging tools like OpenAI to enhance product offerings.
• Foster a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of projects from inception to deployment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in coding and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software in B2B SaaS environments, demonstrating end-to-end project involvement.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A technical background with experience in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++).
• A "founder mentality" with a proactive, independent work ethic and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred

• Experience in early-stage startups or as a founder, showcasing adaptability and innovative thinking.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $220K, reflecting the expertise and impact you will bring to the team. Our client offers a collaborative and engaging work environment, where your contributions will be valued and recognized.
