What You Will Do
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to deploy AI and LLM products, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to bridge gaps and enhance customer experience.
- Own customer success metrics, driving outcomes such as adoption and retention through effective solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on customer-specific applications, leveraging Python and AI technologies.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–8 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, such as Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and ML pipelines.
- Proven ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders, demonstrating ownership of customer success metrics.
- Experience deploying AI or data products in production environments, showcasing a blend of technical depth and business acumen.
Preferred
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations, enhancing the ability to build seamless solutions.
- Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise SaaS environments, contributing to a fast-paced, innovative culture.
Compensation and Benefits
