What You Will Do
- Deploy and support AI systems in mission-critical environments, ensuring operational readiness and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and deliver robust backend solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and troubleshoot issues, enhancing user experience and system performance.
- Build and iterate on systems quickly, responding to real-world demands and operational needs.
- Utilize Python and Linux to develop clean, production-ready code and automate system processes.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Early-career engineer with 0–4 years of experience and a solid foundation in programming and engineering principles.
- Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership, demonstrating the ability to build and ship systems in real-world settings.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with familiarity in Linux and shell scripting.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and engaging directly with users or operators.
Preferred
- Experience with Android or mobile technologies, enhancing versatility in system deployment.
- Background in defense technology or government environments, aligning with the company’s mission-driven focus.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role ranges from $180K to $220K base salary, complemented by equity between 0.3% and 0.48%. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
