FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale.

We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.

Mission

This is a senior role ideal for a technical expert who thrives at the intersection of technology, architecture, and business impact.

Our Forward Deployed Architects are trusted partners to our clients, helping them unlock transformational value by designing and deploying agentic AI solutions and deeply embedding the FlowX.AI platform into their core operations.

What you would do on a daily basis

• Engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions powered by AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• Design and architect end-to-end agentic solutions — including agent workflows, tool integrations, and human-in-the-loop patterns — that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems across backend, frontend, mobile, and database components.
• Define and implement AI agent architectures, including agent chaining, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous decision-making workflows within regulated environments.
• Advocate for best practices in software development and architecture, including microservices, containerization with Kubernetes, and responsible AI design patterns (guardrails, observability, auditability).
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, agentic AI workshops, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within FlowX.AI — including AI/ML, product, and engineering — to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect (enterprise architecture), with extensive experience in Java or .NET environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects (ideally end-to-end), encompassing all components (backend, frontend, mobile, and databases).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI-native application patterns (e.g., agent orchestration, tool-use, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines and how to operationalize models within enterprise-grade, regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Deep knowledge of fintech and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Exposure to AI evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks for production agent systems.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance considerations for AI in financial services (model risk management, explainability, data privacy).
