This role is at the forefront of Infor’s AI transformation, serving as the primary driver of customer adoption for the Velocity Suite—Infor’s AI-powered solution portfolio. Acting as a critical bridge between customers, product management, and engineering teams, this position focuses on rapidly deploying AI use cases, designing and executing proofs of concept, and translating business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. By pairing deep industry knowledge with hands-on AI tooling expertise, this role accelerates Velocity Suite adoption through fast-paced, concurrent customer engagements. It is a high-impact, customer-facing role that demands technical depth, AI fluency, and strong communication skills to guide customers through their AI journey.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Engage directly with customers and C-level stakeholders to guide their AI adoption journey with the Velocity Suite, acting as a trusted advisor who gathers requirements and translates business needs into actionable AI-driven solution designs.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Velocity Suite implementations, including rapidly scoping and executing AI proofs of concept, leading demos and workshops, and building repeatable deployment patterns to accelerate customer adoption.
- Lead engagement across the customer lifecycle from pre-sales through post-go-live, bridging Sales, AI Foundry, Product, Engineering, Support, and Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements in a fast-paced deployment model, liaising between customers and internal teams to design and deliver use cases rapidly.
- Drive solution innovation by applying industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to influence product roadmap direction and build reusable reference architectures.
- Apply AI tools including Kiro, Claude, and GenAI platforms daily to design and deploy Velocity Suite use cases, automate workflows using Python/SQL, and accelerate the speed of delivery across concurrent customer engagements.
- Create reusable assets, reference architectures, standardized patterns, and governance practices that support delivery excellence, risk management, security, compliance, successful go-lives, and global knowledge-sharing, including mentoring junior architects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience interacting directly with customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documents.
- Experience with WMS and LN enterprise software solutions across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or finance.
- Technical understanding of integration platforms, APIs, and system architecture concepts.
- Full professional proficiency in English, and either Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience managing multiple projects or customer engagements simultaneously under fast-paced timelines.
- Experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Infor OS or similar enterprise integration platforms, including knowledge of APIs, multi-tenant architectures, and system integration patterns.
- Background combining both functional and technical roles within enterprise systems, with experience supporting proof of concept development or rapid solution deployment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including generative AI solutions, and ability to use AI to accelerate solution design, automate workflows, and improve delivery outcomes.
- Multilingual capabilities and experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer success roles serving diverse global regions.
Location: LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, or Chile).
