Job Description
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager to lead customer engagements end-to-end — from early discovery through successful deployment. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, where you’ll act as the connective tissue between customers, Sales, and Engineering.
You’ll own the process of translating complex customer needs into scalable, AI-powered solutions, ensuring every implementation delivers real, measurable value while informing the broader product roadmap.
This is a high-trust, ownership-driven role where you’ll help shape both the product and the customer experience as the company scales.
What you’ll do:
- Lead customer engagements from pre-sales discovery through deployment and adoption
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions tailored to customer workflows
- Partner with Sales to scope solutions, guide feasibility discussions, and set clear expectations
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering to bring them to life
- Own onboarding and implementation, ensuring high ROI and strong customer outcomes
- Identify patterns across customer use cases and feed insights into the product roadmap
- Shape new features and capabilities critical to customer success
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5+ years of experience in product, consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar hybrid role
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and turn complexity into structured solutions
- Technical fluency (APIs, data workflows, systems thinking) with the ability to work closely with engineers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience building or deploying AI-driven products is a strong plus
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare or working with provider systems
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
- Background in early-stage or fast-scaling SaaS environments
