[Overview]

As a forward-deployed AI Engineer, you’ll be part of our rapidly growing engineering team and work directly with our clients through every stage of their AI transformation, helping to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that drive business innovation.

This isn’t a traditional engineering role with rigid deliverables or fixed metrics. We’re looking for bold, inventive minds who can explore, innovate, and apply AI to tackle diverse enterprise challenges. From building AI agents and LLM-powered applications to optimizing MLOps and cloud-native workflows, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and deliver real impact.

[What You'll Do]

Your work is defined by opportunity and impact. You might:

• Build AI-driven solutions: agents, copilots, automation, cybersecurity applications

• Experiment with state-of-the-art tech: LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source), multi-agent systems, multi-modal AI

• Design scalable cloud infrastructure handling enterprise-scale data (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Develop MLOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment systems

• Collaborate across teams to translate business challenges into AI solutions

• Stay current with AI research and apply advances to real-world problems

[Who We’re Looking For]

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields

•Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages

• Effective English communication — comfortable collaborating with international clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds (the interview will be conducted entirely in English)

• Willingness to travel abroad for client engagements or project collaborations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• A growth mindset with curiosity toward AI and emerging technologies

Technical Requirements (one or more)

• AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents development

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Containerization and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

• Backend development, databases and data modeling

Nice-to-have

• AI/ML publications (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.)

• Multi-modal AI, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs

• MLOps, Terraform, Grafana, Spark, Airflow

• Cybersecurity knowledge or open-source contributions
