We are seeking a Formulator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. For this role, you will support production operations within a specialised environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build practical skills, contribute to high-quality outcomes, and work as part of a team focused on consistency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will

  • Prepare and blend chemical batches in accordance with instructions and established procedures whilst observing Safety standards to specific Quality standards.
  • Read, understand and follow all safety and quality requirements prior to commencing each campaign
  • Operate measurement equipment and accurately cross-check against batch sheets
  • Assist in operating production equipment including mixing, milling, extruding, drying and coating machinery
  • Follow quality control procedures under supervision to ensure product standards are met
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
  • Clean equipment and plant thoroughly at the completion of each campaign

  • A high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in formulation processes
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in your role
  • Exhibit well-developed planning and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address challenges effectively.
  • Willingness and capability to learn the operation of measurement equipment and accurately cross-check against batch sheets
