1. Control the repair and fabrication of equipment related to the machinery under responsibility.
2. Oversee and maintain forming machinery and bottle conveying systems in the HOT END section.
3. Supervise and maintain bottle production machinery in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan.1. Prepare, supervise, and inspect the completion of daily spare part replacements according to the maintenance plan.
2. Manage the preparation and inspection of spare parts for bottle production machinery.
3. Oversee machine condition inspections and collect data for statistical analysis to support machinery improvement in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan
4. Assign, make decisions, and give instructions to employees to carry out corrective actions when machinery issues occur.
5. Regularly report maintenance and spare part replacement activities to supervisors.
6. Carry out various activities related to ISO systems, 5S, Kaizen, GHPs, and HACCP.
7. Inspect the environment and identify unsafe conditions or actions within the factory, take corrective actions, and report to supervisors.
