Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for retail design, commercial execution, and innovation? As the Format Development Manager, you will be the driving force that translates high-level retail brand strategies into living, breathing store formats and concepts.
Reporting into the Head of Design - Format Development, this is an influential, highly collaborative role situated within our Design Leadership Team (DLT). While you won’t have direct reports, you will utilise your exceptional horizontal leadership and cross-functional influencing skills to manage a complex, high-volume program of work. From the initial concept brief to trials, post-implementation reviews, and fleet-wide standardisation you will own the end-to-end journey.
