Full-Time Formal Housekeeper

A private Palm Beach family is seeking an experienced, professional Full-Time Formal Housekeeper to join their established household team.

The family consists of two adults and their 4-year-old son. The home is fully staffed, including a ROTA nanny team providing seven-day coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large, high-end private residence and understand the standards, discretion, and teamwork required in a formal household.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and detailed upkeep of the residence
• Maintain the home in pristine, hotel-ready condition at all times
• Organize closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, and household areas
• Wash, iron, and properly care for bed linens and sheets
• Make and change beds to a high standard
• Assist with laundry and ironing as needed
• Maintain household supplies and keep designated areas organized
• Work collaboratively with the existing housekeeping and household staff
• Comfortable working in a home with a young child and nanny team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a housekeeper in a large, high-end private residence
• Experience working as part of a large household staff
• Comfortable working in a home with children
• Strong knowledge of formal housekeeping standards
• Excellent cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organizational skills
• Professional, discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must have a positive, team-player attitude
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle

Schedule

In Season | January–May

Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Off Season | June–December

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
