Rate: $23.00 + .50 cent shift premium ($23.50/hr)

What You'll Do:
- Lead and work alongside a small team of forklift drivers.
- Coordinate daily shipping of finished goods to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Schedule and dispatch trucks efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Complete and manage essential shipping paperwork.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (hi-lo).
- Partner daily with Customer Service and Production teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all quality and safety standards.

Work Environment:
- The job is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and moving mechanical parts.
- Safety gear must be worn as required.
Forklift Operator/Back-up Team Lead - 2nd shift ShippingWhat You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 3-5 years logistics experience (preferably in the corrugated industry).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and powered industrial equipment (hilo) certification.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills.
- Ability to maintain diplomacy, confidentiality and tact essential, as individual has access to high levels of employee, cost, design and company sensitive materials.
- Must be able to work with frequently changing priorities.
Physical Demands:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for an extended number of hours per shift, walk, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

- Must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
- The employee must regularly lift, push or pull and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
