Pay & Schedule

• $19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and shift
• Overtime opportunities available
• Stable, predictable schedules in a year‑round manufacturing environment
  (Final compensation is based on job‑related skills, experience, and business needs)

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate forklifts, side loaders, scissor lifts, and pallet movers
• Load and unload trailers and transport materials throughout the facility
• Support lumber storage, inventory accuracy, and production flow
• Read basic part drawings and verify measurements
• Inspect materials for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Follow established safety procedures and operating standards
• Maintain forklift certification (training and recertification provided)

What We're Looking For

• Forklift or material‑handling experience preferred (manufacturing or warehouse)
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Safety‑minded, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to learn additional equipment as needed
