Forklift Operator / Storeperson

Mulgrave, VIC | Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

Total Beauty Network (TBN) is a growing Australian beauty business, and we're expanding our warehouse team in Mulgrave.

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join us in a permanent full-time position. This is a hands-on warehouse role where forklift operation is the primary focus, supported by a range of general warehouse activities.

About the role

Working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving stock throughout the warehouse and supporting the wider warehouse operation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Unloading containers and receiving stock
• Putting stock away into warehouse racking
• Replenishing pick locations
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse
• High-level order picking
• Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to complete warehouse transactions
• Following established warehouse processes and working safely
• Occasional manual handling of cartons up to approximately 8kg

• Reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Physically capable and comfortable working in a warehouse
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A good communicator
• Comfortable following direction and established processes
• Positive and down-to-earth, with a team-first attitude

What you'll bring

• Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
• High-reach forklift experience – strongly preferred
• Previous warehouse experience – preferred, but not essential
• RF scanning / WMS experience – strongly preferred, with training provided
• The ability to work effectively in a busy warehouse environment
• Australian working rights, including consideration of candidates with temporary working rights
