We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team at our Plainfield / Indianapolis Indiana 46241 facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating reach truck, sit-down and order picker forklifts.
SHIFTS: 1st - Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm (SOME MANDATORY OVERTIME) $18/hr & 1st - Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (SOME MANDATORY OVERTIME0 $18/hr
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts including order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and lift trucks
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks
- Move products to designated areas in the warehouse
- Perform equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues- Work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient operations- Utilize basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a distribution center or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to operate reach truck, sit-down and order picker forklift equipment- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
Schedule and Pay:
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
$18.00 per hour
